President Biden established Juneteenth (June 19th) as a federal holiday. The US federal holiday commemorates the end of slavery in the United States, and it is the first federal holiday established since Martin Luther King Jr. Day in 1983. All USCIS, EOIR, DHS, and federal buildings will be closed. If you have an appointment scheduled at any USCIS or EOIR facilities you will receive a phone call to reschedule.
